Precise measurement of daily calorie burn. Essential for weight management and nutrition planning. Employees get exact calorie targets based on their metabolism. 15-20 minutes per person.

If you have treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, or other cardio equipment, we'll use it. We only bring the metabolic analyzer.
Option 2: We Bring Everything
