Option 1: Use Your Gym Equipment
If you have treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, or other cardio equipment, we'll use it. We only bring the metabolic analyzer.
Option 2: We Bring Everything
No gym? We bring our Wahoo KICKR smart bike and metabolic analyzer. Just need a conference room or quiet area (10x10 ft).
