30-minute call to discuss goals, logistics, space requirements, scheduling, and participant communication. We provide email templates and FAQ documents for your team to distribute.
We provide online scheduling link or work with your HR/wellness team to book appointments. 60-minute time slots with automated reminders and preparation instructions.
We arrive early for setup, manage the schedule throughout the day, and handle any last-minute changes. Your team just needs to provide the space and direct participants to the testing room.
Participants receive results immediately after testing with full explanation. Optional: Aggregate company report (anonymized) showing participation rates and average fitness levels for leadership.

10 people minimum to make travel and setup worthwhile. For smaller groups (1-9 people), we recommend coming to our Santa Cruz location for more cost-effective testing.

For on-site service, we use the Wahoo KICKR Bike because it's portable and doesn't require assembly. Treadmill testing available at our Santa Cruz location. Most participants adapt well to bike testing regardless of their primary sport.
We build buffer time into the schedule for flexibility. Last-minute cancellations can often be rescheduled to another time slot the same day if space available.
Yes. We carry professional liability insurance and can provide certificate of insurance to your organization if required.
Absolutely. On-site testing works great as part of larger wellness fairs, health screening events, or fitness challenges. We coordinate with other vendors and activities.
