Agreement to Terms
By booking and using our fitness testing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Fit Evaluations provides VO₂ max testing and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing services. Our services are for informational and educational purposes to help you optimize your training and nutrition. Results are not intended as medical diagnosis or treatment.
Health & Safety
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are in generally good health and able to perform physical exercise
- You have consulted with a physician if you have any health concerns
- You will inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or injuries that may affect testing
- You understand the risks associated with maximal exercise testing
- You can stop the test at any time if you feel uncomfortable
Booking & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and gift cards. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the rate displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee. No-shows will also be charged the full appointment fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 12 hours in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Test Preparation
You are responsible for following the preparation guidelines provided for your test type. Failure to prepare properly may affect your results or require rescheduling at your own expense.
Results & Reports
Test results and reports are provided for personal use only. You may share them with your healthcare providers, coaches, or trainers. Results remain your property.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during testing, you acknowledge that physical testing carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with testing and release Fit Evaluations from any liability for injuries or health issues that may arise.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
